We've had 2 items for my son's birthday (air juggler and a medium bouncy castle). Delivery has been on time, luckily their schedule allowed them to wait a little bit longer while the hall where the bouncies were going was beimg cleared so that helped massively and the collection was on time too, which means we were able to leave the venue on time. Setting up and packing away was super quick. 5 star service for us and we definitely recommend them. We'll definitely use their services again in the future. The prices are accessible and the bouncies were clean!

JS Bouncy Castle & Party Hire went above and beyond to ensure that our hired bouncy castle arrived on time for our daughter's birthday party. We had an unforeseen circumstance which meant that we had to change the set-up time at the last minute. In spite of the fact that they had other bookings for that time, they switched things around and did what was necessary to ensure that both us and the other event got our bouncy castles. Moreover the team was efficient and timeous in both setting up and taking down the bouncy castle. Highly recommended!

The castle arrived earlier than agreed but that was not a problem ultimately. It was in great workign order and the children were able to make good use of it. The staff delivering were polite and professional and worked very quickly without any fuss. The castle was wet when they opened but the delivery person made a good effort to dry it before leaving. This is not my first order from JS and it wont be the last.

They came on the day, the bouncing castle i originally ordered was too big due to the width of my garden, they came up with a solution to exchange for a small one which they had in their van, luck me and it was exchanged hassle free. would recommend them and certainly use them again in future, well done guys, kids loved it.

Brilliant company to hire from. The staff were very polite and careful when setting up and clearing down. The size of the castle was perfect for the yard and was very clean. We kept it overnight (the kids loved waking up and seeing it was still there) and their smiles were well worth the few extra £££ it cost for an overnight slot. All in all, 10 out of 10. (way ahead of time needed) - installed it and came back later to take it a
part. I was able to call up a few days ahead and change the size as well. JS were very accommodating. I also received confirmation texts of delivery. I'd
use them again. In fact a few parents asked me about the castle at my daughters

Lady on the phone who
took my booking got my email address wrong and was not aware until I called
back the next day. Bouncing castle small for the price paid in comparison to
other providers I have used before. Time of collection quite early. Also advised
that I could pay by card on the day then told by the driver on the day that
this was not possible. Bouncy castle had no rain cover. However bouncy castle was in good condition and delivery / collection and set up was efficient

Bouncy castle arrived
on time I had ordered a large bouncy castle but sadly it couldn't fit through
our door therefore we had to change it to a smaller one overall quick service and kids had fun.

I found your company lovely - I spoke to a really helpful, well informed and generous chap when booking and this was the day before the party so very spontaneous! The delivery was prompt, the delivery gentleman really nice, kind, neat and tidy and when he came back the next day he was equally as helpful and took great care with transporting the deflated castle. When the party was in full swing the children at my daughter's birthday party had an amazing time - the castle inflated in seconds, was a great laugh and the next morning it was up again for a few more hours fun. This was the 4th year in a row that we've used this company and each year they haven't failed to impress us! The man that came to fit the bouncy castle was polite and professional, he explained the safety policy and gave me the contract and briefly explained it. He fitted the bouncy castle extremely fast with hardly any questions asked! The children loved the bouncy castle and bounced the day away! Thank you for the fourth time around for providing such fun and entertainment at our party! We will most definitely be using this service again next year!
Booking was swift & customer service well informed & accomadating. The drivers were bang on time, set up quick & returned in the same fashion. We hired the new bouncy castle with slide, 18 piece softplay with surround (which was huge & the kids loved, even the big kids), jenga & connect four...which was all well received, clean & fully functional. We would definitely use this company & would highly recommend! X

Hired the VW photo booth, bouncy castle and face painter. All three were brilliant touches to my sons 1st Birthday party. (27/12/14) being so close to Christmas it did occur to me that some companies may close for the holidays. However, I have used this company a few times before and I would definitely recommend their service. Reliable, friendly, professional and reasonable prices.

I hired a bouncy castle last week from (JS Bouncy Castle & Party Hire) for my daughters birthday,the castle was great and the kids had a really nice day,i have recommended to friends and family and i have booked again for august,many thanks!!! This is the second bouncy castle ive had from JS Bouncy Castle and ive got to say it was great, it was called the Lets Party Combo, the kids loved it and money well spent, the castle and slide was clean and the people are very respectable, i will be deffo using again.

Thank you very much for providing the bouncy castle, sumo suits and penalty shoot out yesterday. The children absolutely loved it (albeit the weather was very hot for the sumo suits for some children).
I forgot to give your 2 staff members a limited edition Oyster Card wallet that we had designed for the Trust. Please can you email me an address where I can mail it to them as they were very professional and had great customer service.
