Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to delivery time for orders under £150. For orders above £150, each booking may vary, please check your booking confirmation for full details.

Any cancellation made within the 24 hour period of the booking time, will incur a £25 charge.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings on the day due to bad weather. This will not incur any charge to our customers. Bad weather can be anything such as, but not limited to wind above 24mph, heavy/continuous rain, snow or hail.
